Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Viatsy's travel services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement, in accordance with EU Directive 2015/2302 on package travel and linked travel arrangements, and Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users). If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Travel Services

Viatsy provides travel consultation, booking services, and customized travel planning. We act as an intermediary between travelers and various travel service providers including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and local service providers.

• All travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers
• Final prices are subject to hotel availability. If there is no availability, an alternative or supplement will be provided
• The itinerary order may be altered for organizational reasons without prior notice while attempting to maintain all indicated visits or similar ones as much as possible
• Travel documents, visas, and health requirements are the traveler's responsibility
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required

3. Accommodation Notes

Please be aware of the following regarding accommodation:

• Triple rooms are generally rooms with two single beds or one double bed with an additional folding bed for the third person; their use is discouraged whenever possible due to limited space and comfort
• Room assignments and specific room requests are subject to hotel availability at check-in

4. Booking and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified.

5. What's Not Included in the Package Price

Unless specifically detailed in the program offer, contract, or documentation provided to the traveler, the package price does not include:

• Visas and visa processing fees
• Airport taxes, entry fees, and exit fees
• Vaccination certificates and related medical requirements
• Beverages of any kind (including coffee and mineral water)
• Special dietary requirements in hotels and restaurants (unless pre-arranged)
• Laundry and ironing services
• Porter services
• Minibar consumption
• Telephone and internet charges at hotels
• Optional hotel services and excursions
• Tips and gratuities
• Any extra services not specifically detailed in the program

6. Cancellation Policy

The traveler may cancel the contract at any time before the trip starts, subject to the following penalties based on prior notice. These penalties apply to each program except in cases of force majeure at the destination:

• More than 60 days before departure: 40% of the total trip cost
• Between 59 and 30 days before departure: 70% of the total trip cost
• 29 days or less before departure: 100% of the total trip cost (no refund)

Additional cancellation fees from airlines, hotels, and other service providers will also apply. Travel insurance may protect against these costs.

7. Changes to Bookings

Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur fees from both Viatsy and service providers. Name changes on airline tickets are particularly restricted and costly.

8. Booking Errors and Liability

Viatsy will not be responsible for booking errors attributable to the traveler or caused by unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances.

Viatsy acts as an agent for travel service providers and is not liable for:

• Delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines, hotels, or other service providers
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Injury, illness, or death during travel
• Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, or political instability
• Failure to obtain proper travel documents
• Service failures by third-party providers beyond our control

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances. Insurance should be purchased at the time of booking to provide maximum coverage, including coverage for cancellation from day one.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Notice and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We share necessary information with service providers to complete your bookings.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law and EU Directive 2015/2302 on package travel. Any disputes arising from these terms or your travel arrangements will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
